Recently constructed spacious flat in leafy Changanacherry. This is your home away from home, perfect for a family/friends gathering, vacation homes, short stay rentals and holidays for tourists. The house is located on main road, it has convenient access to hospital, schools restaurants and train station. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Secure parking available. The space The property is an independent 2BHK flat on 1st floor. There are fans in all the rooms and living room, but the AC is only available in one of the bedrooms. We have tried to provided all the basic amenities required for the guests to have a comfortable stays. Incase the guests require anything kindly ask and we will do our best to provide it. Guest access Guests have access to entire flat, the balcony, rooftop and garden. Other things to note Extra Guest Perks We’re happy to offer a few thoughtful touches to make your stay more comfortable: • Light Breakfast: For short stays, we provide basic breakfast essentials like bread, milk, and eggs to help you start your day with ease. • Transport Assistance: Need help getting around? We can help arrange a taxi or car for airport/train station transfers, local travel, or sightseeing. Just let us know in advance! House Cleaning • For stays of less than 7 nights, the final cleaning fee is included in the price. • For stays of 7 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee of ₹600 will apply and be added separately. • For long stays (over 2 weeks), we can arrange additional cleaning sessions during your stay upon request. The cleaner’s fee will be charged separately.
