Centrally located within 3 min walking distance to Villa Maria metro station on the Orange line, which will put you a few stations away of Université de Montreal, McGill university and the downtown area. Located right next to the Highway 15 which is very convenient. Grocery store and pharmacy are all within walking distance from the apartment. Located on 2nd floor, guest need to take stairs. The space 14,000 BTU air conditioning installed during summer ( starting May 30th ) Guest access Guest have access to the building's laundry room, they can use credit card for payment. Other things to note Parking : For parking, please note there is public street parking right in front of the building, however you have to remove your car during weekday morning rush hours ( from 7:00 am - 9:30 am) after you can park you car.
