Located in historic Sugar House neighborhood close to everything you need for a great stay in SLC. 15 min from the airport, 10 min to the heart of downtown SLC, U of U & Westminster College. 30 min to all ski resorts & Park City. Walk 5 min to 9th and 9th, a bustling community with restaurants, shops, a movie theater and Liberty Park. Enjoy the back yard & patio. There is a vocal studio upstairs & 7 steep stairs to enter! The space Nice 110 year old, remodeled and refurbished duplex in Sugar House. Owners are an Artist - Musician household. Guest access The Gee’s duplex has a separate entrance and Appartement. for the Airbnb in the front side of the pistachio green house. The house is over 100 years old. Be careful when entering, there are seven steep steps in the entrance. Other things to note There is a voice studio in the upper part of the house. Your host is an international vocal coach and trained Opera singer. The house is well insulated, but you might hear some singing ( all styles ) during the day.
