The apartment includes 1 x queen bed, 1 x queen sofa bed in living room, air conditioner, full kitchen, bathroom and private courtyard. 🅿️ Parking 🅿️ Free street parking, no parking on premises permitted. If you are 2 guests and require the sofa bed to made in addition, this will incur a $20 fee to cover the additional linen provided by the hosts. Pets welcome however cannot be left unattended inside during stay. The space The air BnB is located at the back of the main residence, we do occupy the main residence. You may see our friendly golden retriever, he does not have access to the air BnB space. He is extremely friendly and quiet, is happy to wag his tail to greet guests from the main residence balcony. Parking on premises is not permitted due to previous experiences. The street has plenty of street parking. We urge not to park where the double lines are market on the road.
