Head up the stairs to the second floor where you will find a super nice, fully stocked kitchen equipped with all you will need for cooking meals, a coffee station with both Keurig and drip style coffee pots, a dining bar for 4, a half bath and a living area with huge smart tv, comfortable seating area with pull out sleeper sofa and a super nice patio area overlooking the downtown area! Continue up to the third floor where you will find the spacious master bedroom with comfortable king sized bed, a gorgeous master bath with stand up shower, another big flat screen tv and plenty of closet space! Guest access Please, please no smoking or vaping anything in the house! You will have access to the whole house, a brick patio overlooking the back yard area where you can smoke and a balcony off of the living area that overlooks the downtown area, a full size washer and dryer on the first floor and free roadside parking right in front of the unit or you can park in the parking lot just a short walk from this unit! Other things to note We reserve the right to ask for a 3 night minimum on any holiday or Mardi Gras. Please no pets here without prior approval. This is a quiet peaceful place and parties and gatherings are strictly permitted. Must be 25 to book.
