5-person gîte with indoor pool

Come and enjoy our fully renovated cottage in an old barn. It is quietly located in the middle of nature. You can enjoy 360° views of the entire area and see the sheep frolic in the fields. Your children can play outside safely and you can swim in the indoor pool from May to September. Everything is done so that everyone can fully enjoy their stay in the countryside peacefully. The space The stone cottage is located next to our house at an altitude of 660 m with a magnificent view of the entire region. Located in the countryside 15 min from Roanne and 10 min from the A89 (Balbigny exit), you will have access to all amenities 5 km away in the villages of Neulise and Saint Symphorien de Lay. You will arrive via the terrace and access the cottage via a small staircase: - 1st floor: living room and open kitchen, bathroom + toilet and staircase that leads to the mezzanine on which is the master bedroom with a 140 cm bed. - on the ground floor: children's bedroom with a bunk bed and a 140 cm sofa bed. Outside: garden furniture and barbecue on terrace adjoining the cottage, games area, heated indoor pool (from early May to late September). The pool is shared with us during school holidays, or with the tenants of our house when we are not there. Guest access You will have access to the entire vacation rental and outdoor facilities during your stay. Other things to note Sheets and towels are not provided. The pool is available and heated from May to the end of September (not possible outside this period, especially for the All Saints holidays, because it is not hot enough to use the heat pump to heat the water). Cleaning: we ask you to clean at the end of your stay. If you wish, it is possible to book a cleaning package at the end of the stay for €50. Please let me know in advance if you are interested so I can check the availability of the person who will take care of it. Currently the cottage does not have internet connection or TV access.
