Stabl Wern is set down a track in its own part wooded 5 acres.Access to a footpath to the beach(approximately 1 mile) Lovely peaceful situation best suited to walkers( and dogs). The space Living/ dining room opening onto garden .2 smallish bedrooms ,1 double bed and 1 single.Shower / toilet .Kitchen with fridge ,induction hob and tabletop conventional/ microwave oven. Heating is portable oil radiators, and wood burning stove.Hot water from an instant electric heater Guest access Anywhere in the 5 acres .It is not a shared area with any other property. Other things to note Accommodation is fairly basic , the 5 acres has cut grass paths linking its wooded areas and small glassed sitting area. There is a varied selection of wildlife ( which can encroach near to the chalet !) including red squirrels.
