Guest access The playground area at the foot of the building gives you free access to the petanque ball court, ping pong table and picnic table. To spend a friendly and relaxing time - Ping-pong rackets - Pétanque balls - Beach rackets are also available. Please let us know when you book. Other things to note Please respect the premises and return the apartment as you found it. 🚭 No smoking inside the apartment, including at the window, or bringing cigarette butts, even in the trash, in order to preserve a clean environment. Failure to comply will automatically result in a cleaning fee of up to 250 euro! Dogs are not allowed on the bed and sofa! If you are not comfortable in the water, we strongly advise against using paddle boards. ⛵️ We advise against using the paddleboards or swimming when the lake is rough, the currents are treacherous and carry you offshore. By using them, you agree to be fully responsible for your safety and to cover the costs in the event of loss or damage.
