Hidden in the quiet mountains of the Central Balkan, Villa Oreh, Kravenik is a wonderful place that will take you away from the noise of city life. Here you will find a spacious, amazing view. What makes our place unique is not just its isolated nature. Whenever you visit Villa Oreh, you will have the pleasure of feeling how nature reveals its wonders during the four seasons. Enjoy the spring carpet of flowers, summer's juicy greenery, the bright colors of autumn and the serenity of winter! The space VILLA OREH is located on the high part of a hill facing south towards the highest peaks of Stara Planina. Warmed by the sun until the late hours, the veranda will be your favorite place to relax and enjoy the wonderful view. You don't need to come to the villa caring a lot of luggage, because we have completely taken care of your COMFORT and relaxation while staying at the property. The maximum capacity of the villa is 22 GUESTS. We have a total of 5 luxurious, spacious ROOMS - family type accommodation for up to 4 people and 1 double room on the ground floor. They are all equipped with their own large bathroom with walk-in shower. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, all with access to a large terrace. On the second floor, reached by a spiral staircase, there are 2 large bedrooms with skylights. Smart TVs are available in all rooms, for those who cannot completely “disconnect” from their everyday life. WiFi is available everywhere. The KITCHEN will satisfy the whims of even the most distinguished chefs. It is wide enough to accommodate several people who can comfortably prepare food at the same time. For those who prefer the following option, we also offer the service of "preparation of homemade food", as well as "catering" (These services are available only upon prior request!). In the kitchen you have access to gas hobs, gas oven, microwave with grill, large fridge with a freezer, espresso machine, juicer, pasta maker, rice cooker, toaster and much more. On the ground floor is the LIVING ROOM, which is spacious, with panoramic windows and a large veranda. For your fun evenings, we have provided a 65-inch smart TV, a karaoke audio speaker with two microphones, a digital piano and enough space for dancing and games. The little ones will find toys in an entertainment corner with a separate TV. The OUTDOOR KITCHEN has an electric oven and hotplates, and a fireplace where you can prepare your own grill or hang a pot of beans to simmer over the embers. For the little guests, you can light a campfire in our special outdoor gathering area. The DESIGN of the house is a combination of rustic and modern styles. The original house was built more than 250 years ago. The old beams, stone slabs and stone have been refurbished. Some of the furniture includes old English masterpieces brought especially for Villa Oreh, while others are handmade. The wall decorations are from a personal collection of wine posters from various wine regions around the world. "Oreh" means walnut in Bulgarian. The villa was named after the more than 250-year-old walnut tree. Its old trunk watches over the house like a guard. Its huge crown spreads like a green roof over its entire area. In your FREE TIME, walk along the forest paths that reveal incredible views. The area is rich in plant and animal species. As you walk, you may encounter lots of wildlife and pick fresh herbs for tea! The BALKANS remember many events from the history of Bulgaria. The name of the village of Kravenik preserves memories of the battles of the APRIL UPRISING. Every year, a historical re-enactment of the battle at Mount Baban. Filyo Radev, who was born in Star Kravenik was one of the the main organizers of the April Uprising. Come to this incredibly beautiful region of Stara Planina and stay at Villa Oreh to fully enjoy the tranquility of the mountains in a cozy and extremely comfortable environment and to create unforgettable, exciting memories of your vacation. A heated summer pool is also available in the backyard. You can also request a walk and a picnic organized by us, with an 4x4 vehicle.
