Cozy apartment on two floors, with a central location in historic surroundings on Storhaug. The house is part of the famous wooden house development in Stavanger, and the entire surrounding area consists of similar houses. It is a short walk to Stavanger city center (10-15 min), but you will still experience that the apartment has a secluded location in a quiet area. Southwest-facing balcony and very good sun conditions. Access to garden. Free parking in the carport/street. The space The apartment is nicely located on the 2nd floor and attic floor of the house. Old, fine wooden floors and timber walls have been preserved, giving the home a unique touch with a contrast between old and modern style. The home is rich in practical layout and offers: entrance, two bathrooms, kitchen, two bedrooms, dining room, two living rooms and attic room. Total area is 104 square meters. There is a large double bed (160 cm) in one bedroom. In the other bedroom there is a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm). The veranda has access from the dining room. Here there is a large seating area. There is also a seating area in the garden. Otherwise, there is both a heat pump and a wood stove for heating. Electric ovens can be used if needed. Guest access The entire apartment can be used. The 1st floor and basement belong to another owner. Other things to note Preikestolen: 45 minutes to drive to the parking lot at Preikestolen. If you don't have a car, bus is an excellent option. It takes 15 minutes to walk from the house to the bus stop/City Terminal (the bus runs from April-September). "Flørlitrappene" It takes 15 minutes to walk from the house to the boat stop/Skagenkaien. The boat runs every Saturday from May-September, and every Sunday in June, July and August. Kjerag: 2.5 hours to drive to the parking lot at Kjerag. If you don't have a car, the bus is a good option. It takes 15 minutes to walk from the house to the bus stop/City Terminal (the bus runs from June-September). Alternatively, you can drive to Lauvvik (40 min) and take the ferry to Lysebotn, where you can book a shuttle bus to the starting point at Kjerag (Øygardstøl). The ferry runs regularly throughout the year - recommend leaving the car at Lauvvik.
