The space Passing the blue wooden door of the courtyard and going down the stairs you reach the main entrance of the accommodation. The outdoor shower area is next to the steps on your right, while the main paved courtyard with the outdoor dining area under the palm tree is on your left. Entering the house, the main bathroom is on your left. Then there is the secondary sleeping area with 2 single beds (102 x 190 cm and 90 x 200 cm), with access to the kitchen on the left. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a cooking hob with an oven, a kettle and a toaster. Moving forward, you enter the living room area. The intermediate door can be locked, dividing the accommodation into two separate apartments with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom/WC each, with private entrances. On your left, after the closet, is the terrace door. Reaching the back door of the house, on the right is the master bedroom with a double bed (125 x 195 cm). Beyond the back door of the property is the small courtyard with the laundry room/WC on your right. On your left are the steps leading through a private exit to the public road leading down to the rocky beach of Agios Isidoros. Guest access You have access to the entire lower floor of the house, as well as the paved courtyard with the built-in dining room and the backyard where the laundry room is located. Other things to note The main entrance is accessible via stairs. The paved courtyard is bordered by the reed fence. Beyond that, the space belongs to the Bella Vista Guest House where other guests can stay, so please be mindful of the noise level.
