It will be like being at home away from home The space The Cà dul Ludovic is a single house consisting of 2 independent apartments side by side, LAGO and MONTE arranged on 2 floors, living area on the raised ground floor and sleeping area on the first floor. The house has internal stairs and, in a small section, it is open. For this reason, we recommend that families with very young children pay particular attention (we do not have security gates to prevent access to the stairs). To get around the area, a car is REQUIRED. The LAGO apartment is 80 square meters, newly built in 2023, bright and sunny, arranged on 2 floors, perfect for 4 people with the possibility of 2 additional guests (sofa bed) All windows and French windows are equipped with mosquito nets to enjoy the light spring and summer evening breeze. On the raised ground floor, the living area includes an open-plan living room furnished with a comfortable sofa, a small coffee table, a flat-screen HD Smart TV and a dining table with chairs. This area gives access to an enchanting terrace, equipped with a small table and outdoor chairs from which you can enjoy unforgettable moments; it also includes the kitchen, which is linear and equipped with everything you need to make sure you don't miss anything (dishes, glasses, goblets, etc., induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, moka - traditional Italian coffee maker, with ground coffee - microwave, toaster), a bathroom with washing machine and a small bathroom with sink and toilet. Public transportation is poor. Important note for families with small children: We inform you that the house is equipped with internal stairs and, in one section, there is no protective parapet. For this reason, we recommend special attention as we do not have gates that can prevent access to the stairs. We are available for any needs or questions. Monvalle is a country town overlooking the Lombard shore of Lake Maggiore, here you can find courtesy, hospitality and tranquility, the walks between forests and lake, surrounded by nature, are very pleasant. In Monvalle you will not find shopping malls or trendy shops, but with only half an hour's drive you will be in the center of Varese and you can find many shops of this type.
