Stay at this unique & tranquil getaway in the Cotswold village of Upper Westwood. Plum Cottage Barn is surrounded by woodland & gardens & the patio has views across the valley to Turleigh. Stunning Bradford on Avon is a short walk/cycle away along the towpath & Avoncliffe station a 10 minute walk with trains to Bath & Bradford On Avon. Walking distance to 3 super pubs, tea room, numerous country walks & Westwood & Iford Manors. Stourhead, Lacock, & Longleat & Stonehenge are within easy reach. The space Plum Barn is a cosy, oak-framed old stone building with separate entrance and private patio area with garden furniture, wood stove and BBQ for outdoor dining. Underfloor heating and A/C ensure it is cosy in winter and cool in summer. You will have use of a cosy lounge with woodburner and comfortable leather sofas. Wood is provided. NB: This is not accessed directly from the bedroom but has its own private entrance. Please let us know if you will not be using this space. In the bedroom/living there is a comfortable King Size bed with topper and Egyptian cotton sheets, small dining table, TV and ample clothes storage. The stylish en-suite has a walk-in shower and toiletries provided. A Ninja Airfryer, Nespresso coffee machine, tea and kettle and mini fridge containing milk, juice, milk, jams and yogurt are in the adjoining kitchen. A selection of tea and coffees and home-made granola are provided. There is a combination microwave and the washing machine can be used by arrangement. NB access may be needed through the room on rare occasions. If requested fresh croissants will be delivered to you in the morning. EV charging is available for an extra fee. Dogs may be permitted by arrangement but we ask that you do not leave them unattended and they must not sleep on the bed or sofas. Guest access You will enter the barn either by meeting me or with a key code. You will have sole use of the area. A kitchen with washing machine, small fridge, air fryer and microwave is available but we may need access through the space on rare occasions. The lounge is available for your use as much as you want but please let us know if you are not using it. Other things to note We have a high speed charging for an electric car (type 2).
