Golfers, it will take 5 minutes to access Royan golf course, (10 for Palmyra). The equestrian center is 5 km away. The space Particularly nice location because the neighborhood is very quiet, and yet located close to everything! Pleasant 3-room house, with 2000 m2 wooded garden, enclosed. Composed of a kitchen open to the living room. Equipped with a table that can accommodate 8 guests, fridge with freezer section, coffee maker (Nespresso), gas cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster... Basic necessities provided (salt, pepper, oil...). - Bright living room equipped with a sofa (sofa bed) and armchairs, opening onto the veranda. (TNT TV). In rainy weather, the glass veranda will allow you not to feel locked in... - Two spacious bedrooms with double beds, overlooking the garden as well. A closet in every bedroom with a bedside table. Bed linen and towels are not provided. (Rental possible with surcharge of 10 per bed/5 for towels). - Spacious bathroom equipped with shower, and toilet. Clothes drying rack. - Separate WC. - Extra bed in the living room (sofa bed). - Lots of cupboards. - Garden furniture. - Barbecue. - Board games/Children's games on request. Possibility to park several vehicles in the garden.
