The space We reside on the upper floor, while guests can enjoy the convenience of a private entrance to the basement, located to the right of the building’s façade. Inside the basement, you’ll find a cozy bedroom with a closet, a welcoming living room with a kitchenette, and a thoughtfully designed space for dining, studying, or working. Additionally, a bathroom is equipped with a shower, ample storage, and laundry facilities. A locked, secure door ensures privacy and separation between this charming unit and the rest of the home, located to the left when you face the kitchen. Guest access Please park in front of the garage door to the left, when facing the house, and walk along the walkway between the two houses to the right of the buildings, then take the stairs on the left to a separate entrance door. This entrance opens to a delightful basement unit designed especially for your relaxation and comfort. Inside, you’ll find a cozy bedroom complete with a closet, a welcoming living room featuring a kitchen, and a versatile area perfect for dining or working. The bathroom boasts a refreshing shower, and additional amenities include ample storage and laundry facilities. Inside the unit, a locked door to the left of the kitchen is the access from our unit to the Airbnb unit. Hence, the door is locked and secured to ensure your privacy and peace of mind. Please refrain from forcing it open while the unit is occupied, and the host will not open the door throughout your stay. Enjoy your time in this delightful retreat! Other things to note We are delighted to present a charming basement unit thoughtfully designed for your ultimate relaxation and comfort. Should you wish to invite an additional guest to enjoy a night with you, kindly note that a nominal fee of $50 per guest will apply. This allows us to maintain an accurate count of overnight guests while ensuring that we provide ample toiletries for everyone’s convenience. Please remember that any extra guests not accounted for will be considered "unwanted guests" after midnight, which may impact your rating.
