Welcome to a peaceful and centrally located house overlooking Rattlesnake Gulch and the La Plata mountain range. Soak in the quiet sunrises and sunsets from the back patio. A spacious one level home situated on a horse ranch where you are sure to experience the true heart of the west. Close to La Plata Canyon, downtown Durango, Cortez, Pagosa Springs, and New Mexico. Surrounded by recreation and national forest. Horse paddocks and trailer hookups available for traveling riders staying with us. The space One level home equipped with mud room/ laundry, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room with a wood stove fireplace, and garage. 2 kings, 1 queen, bunk beds (top is twin xl and bottom is queen). 5 beds total. Back patio overlooks Rattlesnake Gulch and the La Plata mountains. Patio furniture with propane grill and fire pit. Peaceful family ranch on dirt roads. Paddocks available to rent with the house for riders traveling through with horses. We are in a rural area and have well water. There is filtered drinking water available. There is no ac in the home. It cools down significantly at night so opening the windows and shutting them in the morning helps keep the house cool. Pets are not allowed in the home. We keep the house pet allergen free for guests and need keep our light colored carpets clean. There will be a $400 immediate fee charged if guests break this rule and bring their pets inside. Guest access The house, parking, and horse paddocks (if renting those out) Other things to note If you are looking to rent the horse paddocks as well as the house please email or text us so we can get those prepared and reserved. Paddocks are a separate charge from the Airbnb. *Florencia Healing Arts is our mobile masseuse. If you would like to book a massage with her please let me know and I can send you her link for booking. *You may go to her studio down the road or have her come to the Airbnb.
