However, it will be possible to accommodate up to 4 people (with reduced comfort for the 2 additional people as they will be sleeping on a sofa bed). Our studio is composed of 3 rooms: - 1 Kitchen/Dining Room open to the Bedroom/Living Room - 1 Bathroom with toilet Warm and mountain atmosphere awaits your visit. The space The listing is located in the heights of Sallanches on the top floor of a residential house. The area is very quiet, relaxing and close to nature. Guest access We will be able to make ourselves available to welcome you on the day of your arrival if our schedule allows it or it will also be possible to arrive in complete autonomy thanks to the installation of a key box outside. You will also have a free and reserved parking space in the courtyard of our property. The accommodation does not allow pets and smoking is strictly prohibited inside. You will find all the information you need for a pleasant stay and to make the most of our beautiful region. Other things to note In winter, you can enjoy being a few kilometers from ski areas such as: - COMBLOUX-MEGEVE: 20/30 minute drive - CORDON: 20-minute drive - CHAMONIX MONT BLANC: 30 minutes by car - GRAND MASSIF FLAINE / LES CARROZ: 50 minutes by car - SAMOENS: 40 minutes by car And for all the other seasons of the year you will be pleasantly surprised by the beauty of our mountains, our lakes and our pretty hiking trails. Getting around: Downtown Sallanches is just a few minutes' drive away. For the bravest, you can always walk there in about twenty minutes (provided you are in good health and ready to walk up the hill...) Additional information: The apartment is not equipped with air conditioning. In summer and in case of high temperatures we will leave a fan available.
