Remote workers are welcome. This room is very spacious, it has 1 queen bed, dining table and chair, and microwave inside the room and a small fridge. Oilfiled, husky, cenuvos workers is welcome for a seasonal room renting. Must be a morning shift worker which sleeps/rest in the night and work in daytime Note: It has a shared washroom and laundry with other Airbnb guest. No pets, No drugs, and No smoking inside the room please do it outside the house if you smoke. The space The room is at the basement together with the other room renters. It has 3 rooms this is the 1st room in the basement. It is bigger than the 2 rooms being occupied. If you wish to have an additional person to stay with you we can negotiate that with an additional fee. Cleanliness and be nice to other tenants is a must. This is a shared bathroom and common area, clean as you go is strictly implemented Guest access You can access the parking area at the back alley, you can used washing and dryer if you need to wash your clothes. Microwave and small refrigerator , a sink for handwash, wifi, the deck during spring and summer season. During your stay Any request or assistant I and my husband is just here to guide you along your stay. Other things to note Would ask a picture of photo ID , eg. Drivers License for safety purposes.
