Where we're located: - 10 minutes to Kirtland AFB - 15 minutes to The University of New Mexico Hospital - 15 minutes to Presbyterian Hospital, -17 minutes to Lovelace Medical Center making for a quick and easy commute. - Quick access to I-40 making getting everywhere in Albuquerque simple and easy to get to - Minutes to some of Albuquerque’s best mountain trails and local parks - 10 minutes to a wide variety of great shopping and restaurants - Historic Old Town is 20minutes away To make sure we are the perfect fit for you, we have included some of our house rules: 1. PARTIES AND EVENTS: - Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed at the property. Please be considerate of the neighbors. 2. EXTENDED STAY CLEANING: For accommodations 28 days or longer we charge a $250 cleaning fee. This will include the cleaning at the end of your stay. 3. SMOKING / DRUG USE: - Smoking and drug use is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. If home smells like smoke following your departure, you may be subject to a $300 fee. 4. RESPECT OUR PROPERTY: - Please treat our property with care and respect. Damages or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges. 5. PET ACCOMODATIONS: -If you are traveling with a pet please message us first. We accept pets on a case-by-case bases. Guest access This is a private apartment. Guests have access to the entire unit as well as the backyard.
