The apartment includes a compact refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, shared washer and dryer in the basement, WiFii, and a designated driveway parking spot. There is no TV. The space The property was built in 1910 and the house is now a four-plex with private, individual entries for each unit. The apartment is housed inside a charming brick-accented home nestled on a quiet, tree-lined street—a peaceful retreat right in the city. There’s also a lovely outdoor deck with chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day exploring Houston. The 200 sq ft apartment features: 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 full bathroom, accommodating up to 2 guests Compact refrigerator/freezer and coffee maker for your convenience Shared laundry room in the basement, perfect for longer stays Guest access You’ll have full, private access to the apartment throughout your stay. The shared laundry room is located in the basement and available for your use—especially convenient for longer visits. Entry is simple and secure through a digital keypad, so you can check in at your own convenience. Other things to note Please note that the apartment is in a beautiful historic building located in the city center, so you may occasionally hear street or neighbor noise. The property has four apartments, each with its own private entry. There is plenty of free street parking, and for security, the exterior is monitored by surveillance cameras. Guests will need to climb stairs to access certain areas such as the basement where the laundry facilities are located. We provide basic home and bath essentials—hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper—as well as cleaning supplies like dish soap, paper towels, and trash bags. Please note these items are not replenished during your stay. Housekeeping can be arranged upon request for an additional fee; please let us know in advance. Guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement after booking confirmation, and a refundable security deposit may be required depending on the booking platform. HOUSE RULES We want every guest to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay — thank you for taking a moment to review our house rules before booking. Guests must be 25 years or older to book. No smoking of any kind (including tobacco or cannabis) inside the unit. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. A $300 fee will apply for violations. No parties or events. Please keep noise to a respectful level, especially after 10 PM. No glitter or confetti anywhere on the property. Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Please do not move furniture or set up any temporary structures (such as tents) on the property. No glass is allowed around the pool area. Pets are not allowed in this unit. Guests agree to cover any damage or extra cleaning costs that may result from their stay.
