Garden Room in South Covington

A private room in a 3 bedroom house within 30 minutes of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky venues. The house is located in South Covington about 5 minutes south of I-275 between I-71/75 and I-471. The house is very close to St. Elizabeth Hospital - about a 10 - 15 minute drive. You will need a car to come and go. The driveway has a space for your car to park. The space The house is a 3 bedroom ranch with 2 full baths. There is a Master Bedroom plus two bedrooms that share a bathroom that has been fully updated. The bedroom has a full-size bed, desk, chair, night stand, Roku TV, and closet with plenty of space. Guest access The front door has a coded door lock on the front. You will have your own code to get in. Your bedroom also has a coded door lock. During your stay I am always available via text or phone call. I live about 10 minutes away. Other things to note This is currently a shared space.
