Full cozy private guest Suite

Located in the heart of Seattle in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the top of Queen Anne Hill or the historic Fremont district to shops and restaurants. Full private above ground unit with sitting area and raised bath (think throne) off of the bedroom. Enter through a breakfast room where you can grab some coffee. In the summer sit outside and enjoy the garden. Note, no full kitchen. Free neighborhood parking. 3 blocks from public transit. It makes for a lovely stay. The space The comment I get when folks come is "It's so big." The suite you will stay is the first floor in a single family home; I live upstairs so you may hear my footsteps, creaky floors, and dog. If you are light sleepers or have and early night, just let me know and I can adjust. You have the full private space downstairs that includes a bathroom, living area, bedroom, breakfast room, full laundry and a private entry. The side yard is yours to enjoy with a patio and chairs. In addition I have a full work station with a monitor, HDMI connection, external camera and work chair. The ceilings are 7.5' tall except in the bathroom where you'll be on a throne of sorts. The ceilings in that space are 6" so the space may be uncomfortable if you’re very tall. Linens, bedding and towels of 100% cotton or bamboo. Pillows are foam and feather. Assortment of tea and coffee and snacks. Games to play. I provide instant oatmeal since Seattle is expensive and it might help. The goal is to make your stay very comfortable and for you to feel welcome and valued. The neighborhood is safe and very walkable. It's also close to public transit. I've had lots of folks stay that were safety conscious and they have been very happy and comfortable. A quick note about location, I live on a hill (Seattle is a city of hills which surprises people). There's plenty of street parking. It's easily drivable except for the rare snow or sleet; those from flat homes find the hills worrying. I'm across a short bridge to reach Fremont, under 2 miles from the cruise ship pier (there are a lot of Ubers); a bus ride from downtown and the stadiums. It's 2.9 miles to Pike Place market, 2 miles to the Seattle Center. The bus stop is about 2 blocks away. Guest access Private keyless entry and private entrance through a side yard Other things to note Charles Barkley, my dog, is a sweetie but barks at birds and passing dogs. Normally you won't meet him but he's happy to adopt you if you're interested. One other note, I almost didn't open the space because I'm conscious about the noise from upstairs.
