The perfect place to relax, swim, fish, & explore with family and friends on beautiful Keller Bay. A brand new house with a spacious layout and a gorgeous view of the bay. It provides a secluded location to experience an undisturbed piece of coastal Texas paradise. The house is just a few steps from the water with a private area for playing or relaxing in the bay. And nature abounds in this quiet spot if you want to explore or just take in the beauty from the patio. The space Open floor plan kitchen, living room and dining room Three single bed bedrooms 1) Primary bedroom with queen bed and private bathroom with shower/bathrub 2) Second bedroom with queen bed 3) Third bedroom with full bed Fourth bedroom has two sets of bunkbeds, each bunkbed has three beds. Our 13 year old sleeps comfortably in one of the bunkbeds but it is probably too small for older/bigger teenagers All bedrooms have shelves for clothing/storage Direct access to the bay, though the path is rocky. Shoes are strongly recommended if accessing the water. Guest access Guests have full use of the entire house, waterfront and shed Other things to note The house sleeps 12, but six of the beds are two sets of bunk beds with three beds in each. They are best for children, our 13 year old fits but older than that would likely be uncomfortable Renter, or one member of the party staying at the property must be 21 years old or older Pets are not allowed on the property. We do allow service animals with paperwork but there is an additional $215 cleaning fee and $500 deposit for potential damage
