The cottage and terrace have a sunny location with wonderful views of Varamoviken and Vättern. You have 50 meters to the water in the Nordic region's largest lake bath with a 2 km long sandy beach. The distance to central Motala is 3 km. Distance to municipal playground thirty meters At the cottage, you have access to the garden's grass areas. Miscellaneous games and play materials are available to freely use. The space Here you will find a farmhouse completed in 2016. Size 25 square meter (Attefallhus). Fully equipped with modern design and technology and external environment with large furnished patio. Comfortable 160cm wide box spring beds both over and lower beds. As a complement, there is a Hemnes (IKEA) daybed. The cottage is heated with air heat pump which also can be used as air conditioning. We have put much consideration into modern design, technology and safety. Safety equipment in the form of smoke alarms, fire extinguishers and fire blankets are available in the cottage. Induction stovetop for safe cooking, oven, microwave, fan and time switch on kitchen appliances. Wall sockets for charging handheld appliances (phones/toads etc.) have time break. TV with the Allente premium range. Free WiFi. Shower/WC incl combined washer /dryer At the house, you have access to the garden's grass areas. Miscellaneous games and play materials are freely available. Barbecue is available at the designated location. Parking space on the property. There is no smoking or pets in the house. Guest access The cottage is used in its entirety. Other things to note Cleaning is not included in the rent, cleaning is made by the tenant before departure. Cleaning equipment is available. Cleaning can be purchased separately, cost 600SEK. From week 25 up to and including week 32 for rent the cottage preferably only weekly, check-in and check-out on Sundays. Bed linens and towels are not included. Bed linens and towels (not for the beach) can be rented at cost SEK 50/person and occasion. Costs of additional services and goods are handled through resolution center. Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed indoors.
