Wifi The space Our beautiful guest house is perfect for families. 2 bedrooms, main bedroom has a queen size and bedroom number 2 has a single bed and a bunk bed (single up the top and single on the bottom) New bathroom, full size kitchen and living space with all the appliances you need, including a washing machine. Generous outdoor space with a large table to gather around whilst cooking on the BBQ. A great grasses area for the kids to run around or your pet (small/med size dogs only please) As this is a guest house with the main property at the front it is only suited for families or small group of friends looking for a relaxing getaway in a beach town. We have a strict no loud noise after 10pm outside and will not accept any hens/bucks/party groups. Guest access You will have access to the whole guest house and your own separate entrance. There is a main house in front of the property but our guest house is completely separate and you don't need to go anywhere near the main home. Other things to note Please note we are pet friendly however we can only accept max of 2 dogs and they need to be small/medium in size due to the size of the space. You will also be required to bring your own bed for your dog, dogs sleeping on our beds is not permitted. Lastly as part of our house rules you will be expected to clean up any mess your pet has made on check out.
