The space This apartment contains the following: -Elevator accessible 2BD/2BA apartment in a quiet residential building -Large living room offering you a sweeping, panoramic view of the Taipei skyline -Open kitchen with gas stove, purified tap water, refrigerator, microwave, and all other appliances you will need for your stay -Master bedroom with a king-sized bed and private bathroom, both offering panoramic views of Taipei -Large walk-in closet in the master bedroom with enough space to fit all the clothes for the entire traveling party -Guest bedroom with a queen-size bed and a private bathroom across the hallway -Rear balcony with a washer and area to hang dry clothes -Fast 1G fiber optic wifi Guest access ✨ We’re a boutique-style service and personally welcome each of our guests with an in-person check-in. Standard check-in is available from 4:00 PM – 11:30 PM. ⏰ For arrivals after 11:30 PM, a late check-in fee of 700 NTD applies, which will be collected at the arranged meeting time. Other things to note ​⚠️ CONSTRUCTION NOTICE ​Please be aware that our next-door neighbor is currently undergoing construction. ​When: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Evenings/Weekends are quiet) from Jan 1 to mid-April. Although there is construction, the sound is quite minimal and there should be no impact to your stay. ----- House Rules: 1. No parties or events are allowed in the property. Quiet hours: 10pm to 7am. 2. No illegal drugs allowed. 3. No smoking inside the apartment or building. 4. No pets allowed inside the property. 5. Maximum 4 adult guests allowed. If you bring children and infants it is at your discretion, we will not be held responsible for any issues related to their wellbeing. 6. No subleasing or commercial activities without host consent. 7. No housekeeping provided; additional fees apply if requested. 8. One large bath towel and one hand towel will be provided per guest; there is no daily replenishment service. Penalties for Violations: 1. Party/event violation: Reservation canceled with no refunds. 2. Drug use violation: Reservation canceled with no refunds. 3. Smoking violation: Fine of $20,000 NT + cleaning/damage costs. 4. Pet violation: Fine of $20,000 NT + cleaning/damage costs. 5. Subleasing/commercial activity violation: Fee of $20,000 NT + cleaning/damage costs. House Maintenance Rules: 1. Wash dishes and place them in the dryer. 2. Dispose of trash according to provided instructions. 3. Turn off utilities when leaving the property. 4.
