The second floor comprises two bedrooms: one with two double beds and the other with one double bed and a sofa. We will support your journey through the Airbnb messaging app. Check-in instructions will be provided clearly after your reservation. ★Please note that our facility does not offer services equivalent to those of a hotel. There may be areas where cleaning and room amenities are not perfect (Of course, we strive to do our best, and many guests have enjoyed their stay with us). In return, we offer a budget-friendly accommodation option. We appreciate your understanding when making your reservation. ★If you wish to extend your stay, please contact us by 18:00 the day before your checkout. We will inform you of the additional fees for the extended stay, which must be paid by 10:00 p.m. that same day. Once we receive your payment, we will confirm the extension. If payment is not completed by 22:00 the day before checkout, we cannot accommodate the extension. In that case, please check out as scheduled. ★Please keep windows closed after 20:00. Loud noise may cause neighbors to call the police, so we appreciate your cooperation. ★Please do not leave any garbage in front of the house during your stay. The cleaner will take care of the garbage after check-out. If you are concerned about it, please feel free to inquire. ★We provide towels for the number of guests staying. Towel exchange during your stay is not available. ★ Early check-in and late check-out are generally not allowed. ★ To prevent any troubles, generally, you cannot leave luggage before check-in. Please use the coin lockers near the station. ★All rooms are non-smoking. ★Mailing of any items to the property is prohibited. Please refrain from sending any packages, mail, or other deliveries. Please note that additional charges will apply in the following cases: 【Leaving large trash items】 If large items like suitcases are left in the room at checkout, a disposal fee of 10,000 yen will be charged. 【No smoking】 Our facility is completely non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside or on the streets around the facility. Please do not bring cigarette butts into the building. If our staff finds cigarette butts in the trash or detects a smell of tobacco inside the room, a cleaning fee of 50,000 yen will be charged in all cases. 【Late checkout】 If you check out after the designated time, it may disrupt our cleaning schedule. In such cases, a penalty fee of 30,000 yen will be charged, and an additional accommodation fee may apply. 【Noise complaints involving police intervention】 If the police are called due to noise complaints from neighbors, your reservation may be canceled. In such cases, a penalty of 100,000 yen will be charged, and you will also be responsible for the remaining accommodation fees. Please be mindful of noise, especially during late-night conversations. 【Return of Lost and Found】 A handling fee will apply for returning any lost items after check-out. Please ensure you have taken all of your belongings when you leave the property. About the Neighborhood: Our property is located in the Nishinari area, which has a unique history and a very local atmosphere. The neighborhood is not like a typical tourist area—many of the buildings are older, and the streets may feel different from modern residential or commercial areas. There are also some local karaoke bars nearby, some of which offer hospitality-style services. At night, the area can have a lively and adult-oriented atmosphere, which may surprise some guests. On the other hand, the location offers excellent access to major sightseeing spots like Namba, Tennoji, and Shinsekai. For experienced travelers or those looking to explore a more “real” side of Japan, this area can be a fascinating and memorable part of your stay.
