We designed this place to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The kitchen, modernly equipped with juicer, toaster, capsule coffee maker, microwave and oven, invites you to concoct delicious meals with ease. Due to the daytime space constraint, we have optimized the living room for versatile and pleasant use. You can easily cook, relax on the Scandinavian sofa with a book, and of course eat on the counter. This creates a friendly atmosphere. The bedroom is open to the bathroom with a very comfortable queen size foam mattress. The shower area consists of a natural teak wood cabinet that I had the pleasure of renovating. The shower, complemented by a rain shower, promises moments of well-being. A dressing room completes this night space. Private parking makes it easy to get around when you arrive, while 5 public parking spaces are available for free in front of the apartment. For your moments of relaxation, a smart TV with Netflix is at your disposal. The apartment, located on the ground floor of a residence secured by digicode, offers easy accessibility.
