In the heart of the Champenoise countryside, a quiet and comfortable room awaits you. It is located less than 20 minutes from the center of Troyes and its factory outlets. 30 minutes from the Great Lakes You will have a private bathroom. In a shared kitchen and living room, I will serve a complete little breakfirst (5€). You will enjoy a terrace with garden furniture. For this, a bright and comfortable room awaits you. Adjoining your room, you will have a beautiful private bathroom (walk-in shower, bathtub, double sinks) with adjoining WC. You will have access, in shared areas, to a modern equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room. You will have a terrace with garden furniture. In fine weather, for meals, barbecue and plancha will be at your disposal. Internet access enhances your stay. The house is located 20 minutes from the historic center of Troyes and its factory outlets. Also, close to the vineyards in the Champenoise region. Nature lovers can discover the Forêt d’Orient Natural Park and Lake. I offer breakfast as soon as you wake up. (until 11 a.m.) Guest access Left wing on the ground floor of the house.
