Cleanliness: Do not leave the house dirty. If the house is found dirty, a deduction of ₱500 will be made from the security deposit. 2. Damage and Missing Items: Any missing or broken items will be charged to the guest. 3. Dishes and Utensils: All dishes and pots must be washed. A fee of ₱100 will be charged for each unwashed dish or utensil. Additionally, keep all the dishes, utensils, and pots in the cupboard once it dries after washing it. 4. Trash Disposal: All rubbish must be placed in the rubbish bin. Any rubbish found in the unit will result in a charge of ₱200 to the guest. 5. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A penalty of ₱500 will be imposed for smoking. 6. Quiet Hours: Quiet time is from 10 PM to 10 AM. Any complaints received from the community will result in a ₱500 penalty. 7. Missing Key and RFID: Missing keys and RFID will be charge ₱500
