Rural and cozy house

Cozy farmhouse in a lively courtyard. The place has a rural and peaceful location where we do grain production and pigs. The house also has a terrace with evening sun and lawns. The host lives in the property themselves and only rents it out when they are away on trips and vacations. For that reason, there are personal items in the drawers and cabinets. The space The farm is located less than an hour from Oslo and a half hour's drive from Töcksfors in Sweden. Both the local grocery store and gas station are less than a 5-minute drive from the farmyard. The famous Momarken racecourse is also located nearby. In the local area there are nice hiking trails under the auspices of the Norwegian Tourist Association. There is also a beautiful forest pond with a great rest and barbecue area. In summer and autumn, the forest around the farm is full of berries and mushrooms. Guest access The home is available to guests during their stay in addition to the outdoor area. Parking is right outside the entrance. We do not have electric car chargers, and charging in a regular outlet (Schuko) is not allowed. Other things to note On cold days, you will always be comfortable and warm; the floors in the kitchen, hallway, and bathroom have heating cables, and the living room has a lovely wood-burning stove. Extra firewood can be found under the barn bridge. On the first floor, you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen, a spacious hallway/entrance, and a small bathroom. The bedrooms and master bathroom are on the second floor. Occasionally there may be visits from the farm's cats. The hosts, Ingvill and Wiggo, live in the house themselves when it is not rented.
