The space The room is attached to the end of the house and door to house is kept locked but you have your own entrance. Other things to note There are two dogs on the property. They're not unfriendly, but please be aware of them and your car. They recognize familiar vehicles, but if you sit in your car for too long, the bigger one may get excited and jump up. A firm "NO" usually does the trick.
