Located directly on one of the most beautiful beaches which is perfect for long walks, surfing and boogie boarding. Enjoy both ocean and mountain views while watching beautiful sunsets on the private rooftop terrace. Play in the ocean or relax by the pool. The large pool offers plenty of space to swim laps or just sit and float. The area around the pool has plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. This location is at the quieter end of town yet is only steps away to the many restaurants and shops. The space Located on the third and top floor on the quiet corner of the property. Bedrooms, kitchen, living room and two balconies are located on one floor and directly above is the open air private rooftop terrace, which is the perfect place to enjoy coffee in the morning and watch the sun come up over the mountain or have a cocktail in the evening and watch the sun go down over the ocean. Extra large kingsize beds in each of the air conditioned bedrooms allows for a perfect nights sleep or an afternoon nap. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Full kitchen allows you to stay home and relax for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The large fridge provides drinking water and ice. Kitchen counter has 4 bar stools providing another space for eating besides the two outside tables, one situated on covered balcony and the other on rooftop. Guest access Access to entire condo including private rooftop patio which has two couches, coffee table, end tables, round eating table with four chairs and two umbrellas, not to mention 360 degree views of the ocean, beach, trees and mountains. Other things to note While Jaco is known as a surf town, it has much to offer besides water activities. At either end of the beach, there are trails where you can enjoy wildlife such as monkeys, sloths, coatis and numerous birds! Unfortunately the condo may not be suitable for young children due to the stairs and rooftop terrace or those with mobility issues as there is no elevator and the condo is located on the third floor.
