The apartment is newly renovated and lovingly furnished so you can feel at home. The space These apartments are on the ground floor of a new building and are located in the courtyard. The approximately 31 m² apartments have a small garden and terrace and offer an anteroom, a fully equipped kitchen or eat-in kitchen, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom with shower; the toilet is separate or integrated in the bathroom depending on the unit. Thanks to insulated windows, underfloor heating, air conditioning, a modernly equipped kitchen, newly tiled bathrooms and high-quality, new furniture, it is a modern new apartment with a very special charm. The apartment category includes several units that can differ in details as well as in their location within the house. The apartment is allocated based on availability. We will gladly take your preferences regarding the apartment type into account if available. Guest access You will receive an email with a link to our express online check-in at the latest before your arrival. Please just follow the instructions to check yourself in and get your access codes to the main entrance and apartment. Other things to note The apartments are equipped with fresh bed linen, towels, shampoo and soap for your comfort. There are also a few Nespresso coffee capsules and tea as a welcome drink in the kitchen for you. Please note that no cooking ingredients are offered. Guests with long duration of stay will be provided with the necessary amenities when asked Please note that air conditioning is only in operation in summer from mid-June to August.
