This is Lily and Kalin's home. Location: Bansko Royal Towers Complex - 100 meters / 4 minutes walk from the Gondola. Near the apartment: Ski lift, ski wardrobe, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, bars. The complex is enclosed, with barriers and security, quiet, suitable for families with children, with lots of greenery, a playground. The pool is open and is only used in the summer! It's free to use. Parking: You can always park for free in the complex. If there are no places, there is paid parking on the ski lift next to the complex. The space * This is a private property and the owners often live here. * Suitable for 4 people. * The house is quiet, cozy, warm and charming. * There are 2 rooms, a bathroom and a toilet. One room is a living room with a dining room and a kitchen. In the living room, the sofa is a sofa bed. There's also a sofa bed. The sofa is sized: Longer part - 190/80 cm The shorter part - 165/80 cm The other room is a bedroom, with a double bed with a Magniflex mattress and a top mattress, for maximum comfort. * The curtains are thick and darken the premises, for a perfect rest during the day and evening. * The kitchen has: a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven, stoves, a coffee maker loaded with coffee for our guests, a toaster, cooking utensils, food, cooking spices, pots, pans, and everything you need. * The house does NOT have a washing machine. * Wi-Fi: Fast, for work. * The heating in the rooms is with air conditioners, the bathroom is heated with a heater. * In front of the two rooms, at the level of the grass, there is a spacious terrace that merges with the grass and has a wonderful view of the mountain and the slopes. This is the perfect place to rest and have a morning coffee. On sunny days, the terrace is lit by light until 4 pm. * 20 meters from the terrace of the apartment is the outdoor pool, which can be used free of charge in the summer. There are umbrellas and sun loungers, which are also free. * There's a beach volleyball court in the yard. * Our youngest guests can play on the playground, which is meters away from the apartment. * This year, we also left our son's sled. We'd love for our little guests to have fun with it. :-) ** Our home is often rented by families with children because the complex is closed and protected. Children can easily go to the gondola without getting tired, even with ski boots. The yard is spacious, very well maintained, with lots of greenery and a playground. Parents can directly monitor their children while they play in the yard, which guarantees their peace of mind. *** Our guests' reviews of our home are excellent and that's the most important thing for us! So far, we've had 2 Superhost awards in less than a year. Guest access * The apartment is located in building No. 8. The apartment number is 812. From the entrance of the building, you have to go up the stairs to the first floor. You go in through the door on the left. The apartment is the first on the right. * When you arrive, you need to register at the Reception in Building 10. From there, you can get the keys to the apartment. Reception hours are: every day, from 9:00 to 22:00. * If you arrive too late or too early, please write to me here to give you instructions on how to enter the apartment. * You can use the whole apartment. You don't have access to the storage room and a few cabinets in the hallway that are locked. ** It is important to keep quiet during the rest hours: - from 22:00 to 08:00 - from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM Other things to note The following are prohibited: - smoking - pets - parties, celebrations Quiet hours are required from: - 10 pm - 8 am (evening) - 2pm - 4pm (lunch break)
