Studio in the heart of the Marais

The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, a kitchen area equipped with induction stoves, fridge, toaster, coffee maker & microwave plus a dining table with chairs and stools. Two large windows overlook the roof and the inner courtyard. From the living room, we access a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, equipped with hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Going up the stairs, we arrive on the mezzanine which hosts the double bed area. The studio has an area of 20 square meters plus 6 square meters of mezzanine. My clients have their primary residence outside of Paris, and in order for me to draw up the lease, proof of travel is required (this can be a university enrollment certificate or an internship agreement).
