Stylishly renovated 2.5-room apartment. The apartment captivates with its tasteful furnishings in a private atmosphere. Dernbach has several restaurants and is known as an excursion destination. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook and linger. As well as the comfy couch. A large double bed and a well-kept bathroom complete the offer. Please read the instructions on the house rules in the "More relevant details" section! The space The accommodation has a modern flat-screen TV as well as a spacious workspace. There, your own laptop can be plugged in. Also you have free Wi-Fi. Guest access The apartment has a living room, kitchen with attached dining room, bedroom and bathroom. Another room is available and is used as a laundry and ironing room and is not accessible. Other things to note For guests who have not yet reached the age of 30, a cash deposit amounting to €150 is due when the key is handed over. Also for guests from outside the country, regardless of age. If a deposit has been charged, it cannot be returned before 9 am on the check out day. A valid identity card is necessary for all guests to check in. GENERAL HOUSING REGULATIONS Dear guests, in order to make your stay even more pleasant, I ask you to read through the following house rules and to pass it on to all fellow travelers. • There is no open fire, smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes in the stairwell, corridor and in the apartment. For a violation we charge a cleaning fee of €250. • I kindly ask you to report any complaints by phone immediately. • Any damage caused by you is to be compensated and charged to you. • When leaving the apartment, please close the apartment door. In addition, we ask you to leave the room key and front door key as agreed in advance when checking out. Loss of room key will result in a calculation of 100€, the loss of the front door key of 200€. • Persons not reported via the booking platform are prohibited from accessing the house and the apartment. • When using the Wi-Fi, the provisions of data protection of child and youth protection must be complied with. Violations are subject to notification. • Between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., we ask you to be considerate due to the quiet hours and not to disturb other guests. Persons who violate the house tranquility can be refused another stay and the early departure can be caused. • The use of electrical appliances brought with you such as, hotplates, grills or the like is not permitted. • The host expressly assumes no liability in the event of loss of valuables (especially jewelry and cash). • I reserve the right to terminate the existing contract and prevent services to those guests in case they disregard the house rules and harm the hotel or other guests by the behavior of the guest. • The consumption of water and electricity as well as the resulting garbage is only included in the price in customary quantities. The meter readings will be documented upon arrival. I reserve the right to a subsequent calculation with excessive consumption/garbage. • When using the kitchen, it must be cleaned again after the stay and put it in the initial condition. In case of non-compliance, the additional cleaning effort will be calculated afterwards and imposed on the guest. • The garbage can be left knotted in the apartment. • The dishwasher can be left with the dirty dishes.
