The villa has about 150 sqm living space. There are many nice, cozy and comfortable spaces for socializing both inside and out. The ground floor offers large, bright and open common areas with open up to ridge. A fully equipped kitchen with bar stools, modern machines, such as dishwasher, microwave, oven, sodastreamer, etc. Dining area for at least 6 people combined with living room with comfortable seating with sofas and table near the fireplace. A large master bedroom with double bed, toilet with shower. Laundry room equipped with washing machine/dryer and good opportunities to hang clothes, etc. A living room with TV and sofa bed with 2 comfortable sleeping places. Suterrain floor downstairs offers 3 spacious bedrooms (one of which with smaller double bed), a living room with TV, a large bathroom/relax with toilet/shower, hot tub and double sink. All the bedrooms in the villa have the possibility of good storage. A total of 5 regular beds. Access to sofa bed and 2 people in smaller double bed in bedroom 2 (extra bed can be arranged) provides a flexible number of sleeping places, but a maximum of 8 sleeping places/guests in total. Baby travel cot and high chair can be arranged if desired. The pool area and conservatory make you not want to go anywhere at all - the holiday feeling is here and you have everything you need! In different weather covers there are spaces for socializing, also for different weather. Here you can enjoy a fantastic pool (available and heated May-September) with several sunbeds and tables/umbrellas. Directly adjacent to the kitchen there is a large dining area with gas grill and pizza oven. There are several different opportunities to sit and enjoy the amazing view of Lake Vättern! In the patio next to the kitchen, you can search for both cool hot summer days and heat cooler summer evenings when the sun goes down. Perfect for board games and a glass of nice after a lovely day! In autumn and winter, you cozy up in front of the fireplace or enjoy a hot bubble bath in the massage tub. Maybe after a lovely walk in the amazing nature. If you like skiing in the winter, there are several facilities within a 70km radius. Nearest ski slope Mullsjö Alpin only 28 km away. Guest access Access to the entire villa except locked private space in basement storage and "walk in closet". Some drawers and wardrobes are not available and are therefore locked. Possibility to charge your electric car for less cost. Access to garden with grass lawn, trampoline and garden games. Free WiFi in the whole house. If you want to work, there is access to a good workplace. Access to bed linens, towels, toilet paper, soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry and fabric softener.
