Welcome to 'THE APARTMENT' Designed to meet the needs of the business executive or to use as a base to explore or visit family. A sunny, quiet and contemporary space which is ideally located only 2 min from the M1 motorway & a 10 min stroll to the local train station which has links to both Belfast and Dublin. This ultra stylish and cosy pad is only one of six luxury apartments nestled in a very quiet and residential area in the town. Golf,shops,parks all within walking distance The space A 1st floor apartment nestled in an upmarket, quiet and residential area in Lurgan.. Only the sound of the birds or someone cutting the grass in the early morning sun is the only noise you’ll hear from your bed. After having a coffee on the little balcony from the main bedroom the only challenge you’ll face is dragging yourself away from this tranquil sunny and pleasant apartment . If you do find it difficult to leave, the south facing living room has a designated work station that you could happily spend the day. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. On arrival- park in spot APT 2 Check-out 12 noon Guest access A private entrance with an allocated free parking space. Other things to note The apartment is located in an upmarket quiet residential area and is not suitable for large groups or social gatherings. Strictly no parties. Note: Tan For Ladies that Tan(like me!) I also offer a dove grey coloured bedding as an alternative to ice white. The bedding is exactly the same quality and 100%cotton , it’s just a different colour. This is an optional alternative, I just thought it’s more practical for ladies that like to glow!😁 Just send me a message before arrival if this is something that you would like me to arrange.
