Mayfield Cottage, close to Cavendish

Welcome to our new private 3-bedroom cottage, surrounded by PEI farm fields, located only 2 minutes from Cavendish and the PEI National Park. The space This is a new 3-bedroom cottage located in pastoral PEI. The cottage is only two minutes away from Cavendish and the PEI National Park. The first floor has a beautiful new kitchen, with new appliances, a full-sized oven, microwave, and island for entertaining. The kitchen includes all the basics including utensils, plates, pans and a french press for coffee (we do not supply food items or condiments). We also provide a Nespresso machine (we supply 6 starter pods per stay, if you like a particular type I recommend you bring some!). The kitchen flows into the spacious dining area and a comfortable living area with couches and reading material for quiet nights at home. Also found on the first floor is a 3/4 bath including a large walk-in shower. Located on the second floor, there are three bedrooms: two bedrooms with a queen bed and one bedroom with a double. This accommodates 6 humans. Also on the second floor, you will find a full bathroom, including a soaking tub if that's your jam! Outside you will find your own private oasis which includes a fire-pit area (available for use all season) and a deck with outside seating and a barbeque for all your grilling needs! The barbeque is available seasonally from late June through mid September, weather-depending. A few other things to note: - There is a washer & dryer located in the entry/mudroom which is available for use. - There is a double dedicated parking space on private driveway. - We have AC to keep you cool in July/August; one unit in the main living space downstairs and a wall unit in the upstairs hallway. Together they keep the house icy cool. Every bedroom also has ceiling fans for the hot and stuffy times of year and windows that open with screens. Heating is available in cooler months. - There is a playpen and highchair available, upon request. - You should have a vehicle to tour PEI. No public transit is available to this property. - No pets or smoking allowed. - Check-in instructions will be provided 48 hours prior to your stay. 2025 Bookings: The Airbnb is available for a minimum three-day booking during CBMF July 10-12, 2025.
