The space The Barrington Cottage is a clean comfortable quiet place to enjoy a getaway, or a great location while visiting friends and/or family, or to work remotely. Available all year to enjoy any season. Cottage is all one level, with off street parking in a quiet safe neighborhood. 2 separate bedrooms (each with 1 queen bed), full size kitchen appliances, ample living and dining areas, and outdoor bricked patio with table/seating (not fenced). Cotton linens provided, washed with unscented detergent. Please note - no smoking of any kind in or on the property, no pets, no RVs or towables permitted. Happy to answer any questions. Guest access Whole house plus adjacent outdoor patio (not fenced). 2 private entrances. Living area all on one level. Off street parking for 2 vehicles. No towables or RVs permitted.
