Super cozy Kitnet! One block from the beach, we have two entrances, the main one 100 meters from the beach and the other on the beach avenue. It's in the best neighborhood in town. It has Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour concierge, elevator. It is close to bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants and tourist attractions. Quiet area, no noise, great to enjoy as long as you want! In front of the building, construction is in progress, depending on the day and time, the noise may be a little disturbing. The space The kitnet has a double bed and a sofa bed. American-style table with 3 high stools, kitchen equipped with everything you would need on a daily basis. Full bathroom with washing machine. ceiling fan in the room + Light/fan in the kitchen. + Portable, powerful fan Standard size shower stall and shower height. Rotating parking, no demarcated parking space. In high season there is a risk of it filling up.
