Welcome to our pleasant modern villa, located in Rauzan, less than 20 minutes from the famous village of Saint-Emilion. You are in the heart of the vineyard and nature. Our house offers modern comfort, optimal security and a peaceful setting for an unforgettable vacation. The house, on one level, is in the heart of a fenced garden where a heated secure private pool (optional/extra charge) is at your disposal, This house is great for a stay with family or friends The space Our one-story house offers: - a spacious living room including a modern kitchen with central island, fully equipped, a dining room (8 seats) and a living room with connected HD TV. - a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. - a toilet - a sleeping area composed of 4 bedrooms distributed as follows: 1 master suite with dressing room and adjoining shower room (double bed - 140*190), 1 double bedroom with dressing room (double bed - 140*190), 2 bedrooms each with a single bed and dressing rooms, a bathroom with toilet. The villa opens onto a landscaped outdoor area (garden furniture, dining table, parasols, barbecue...) as well as a swimming pool (heated on request - payment via Airbnb) and its deckchairs. The garden is completely fenced, an electric gate and a gate allow you to access the villa. The pool, open from mid-May to September, is secured by a bar cover (opening and closing under your responsibility), it is private, with dimensions of 8 x 4 m, and its depth is 1.40 m along the entire length. You are: - 1.5 km from the historic center of Rauzan (Château & Grotte Célestine), - 15 km from Saint-Emilion and its vineyards, - 20 km from Libourne (train station), - 46 km from Bordeaux Centre, - 60 km from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport Guest access The entire villa is available to guests. An "office" room remains closed in the night area as well as the garage outside. 3 cars can be parked outside the house. Other things to note The villa is part of a very quiet and family-friendly residential complex. From the terrace and pool, you have no other neighbors than the vineyard. The villa is ideal for 4 adults and 2 teenagers/children. Cleaning fee includes meticulous and professional cleaning of house and exteriors as well as bed and bath linens. Pool towels are not included. The pool is open from mid-May 2025, and can be heated from this period until September (October depending on the weather), for a fee of €25 per day. This payment is to be made before check-in, via Airbnb. It is important to request it as soon as your booking is confirmed (heating time). We may ask you to take out the trash at the end of the driveway during your stay.
