Welcome to Fjellnest! Newly built and family-friendly apartment with beds for 8, overlooking the mountains and Hemsedal ski resort. Transport to the ski resort right outside the door (snow dependent) and short walking distance to the main lift, cross-country ski trails, restaurants, Fyri, climbing center, paddle and bike trails. The area by the conveyor belt is suitable as a children's and toboggan slope. South-facing terrace of 12 m² with good sun conditions. Garage space with charging option, free guest parking, elevator and storage for skis/bicycles. The space The apartment is personally decorated with a focus on quality, comfort and a home feeling rather than a standard rental property. It is designed so that both adults and children can have their own zones. The room with bunk beds also serves as an extra living room with its own TV and toys. The apartment is primarily rented out to families and responsible adults. Parties are not allowed – see separate section for house rules. Bedroom The apartment has three bedrooms. All beds, mattresses, duvets and pillows are of high quality and purchased new in 2024. Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom): Continental double bed 180×200 cm (Jensen), mountain and ski slope view. Bedroom 2: Double bed 160×200 cm, mountain view. Bedroom 3: Two bunk beds (4 beds, 90×200 cm), TV and toys. Bathroom Spacious bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner and soap are included. Clothes rack for drying clothes. Entrance Large entrance with ample space for storage of shoes, helmets and outerwear. Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen with, among other things: Moccamaster Toaster and waffle iron Baking equipment and hand mixer Basic spices and cooking oil are available for guests. Living room & dining area Comfortable sofa with chaise longue and leather chair Samsung Frame TV with sound system (can be connected to phone/Spotify) Dining area for 8 people Other amenities. - Waterborne underfloor heating in living room/kitchen, hallway and bathroom - Panel heaters in all bedrooms - Atmospheric gas fireplace (remote control) - Wi-Fi South-facing terrace of 12 m² with glass railings, views of the ski resort and good sun conditions for much of the year (not mid-winter). The terrace is furnished with Adirondack chairs and tables. Garage space under roof + free guest parking. Possibility of electric car charging for a fee (own charging cable must be brought) Storage room for skis and bicycles Access to ski resort The apartment has easy access to the ski slope via conveyor belt (snow dependent). With skis you can put on the skis right outside at the lift and slide into the slope after a short crossing over the road. On the way back, and for snowboarders, there is an easy walk of approx. 5 minutes (approx. 400 m) on a relatively flat surface through Fjellandsbyen. Practical information Bed linen and towels can be rented (ordered via host) Mandatory cleaning is included in the rental price (surcharge on holidays and red days (no surcharge on regular Sundays). Price can be adjusted in high season and on holidays Guest access Key box. Code is provided on the same day as check-in. Other things to note - The apartment is primarily rented out to families and responsible adults over the age of 30. - It should be quiet in the common hold between 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. - No parties, smoking or pets allowed. - No soundbox allowed. - Skis, snowboards and bicycles must be stored in the shed and not brought into the apartment. - Mandatory cleaning is included in the price (surcharge on red days). - Bed linen and towels can be rented if needed (NOK 200 per set, NOK 250 per set ready made). Notify the host in good time. - The conveyor belt is operated by Skistar and is snow-dependent. Upon entering into a lease, it is understood that the tenant agrees to abide by the rental rules and consequences of violating these.
