Enter your private gate and walk through your garden to your spacious high-ceilinged Villa. The great-room with full kitchen, 3 BR and 2 Baths is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, secluded within a high-walled secret garden, with grass, trees, patios and heated diving-depth swimming pool to enjoy Scottsdale's blue skies and desert scenery. Walk to the Scottsdale Greenbelt, Old Town Scottsdale's high end restaurants, events, bars and shops and to golf and biking or barbecue in your yard. The space Our 1800 square foot patio home features a large high ceilinged "great room" with living room, dining room and kitchen. The master bedroom is at the back of the house, with a king size bed, cable TV, bureau and private bath with walk in shower and two sinks. The second bedroom, also in the back, has two extra long twin beds, bureau, Roku TV and closet. Both bedrooms have patio doors. The third, interior bedroom has a Queen bed, closet, bureau and Roku TV. The back yard is grassy and tree-shaded with barbecue, seating areas, tables, chairs and pool lounges for your private, heated, diving depth pool. We charge an ADDITIONAL $50 day pool heating gas charge if you want the pool heated. We will request the fee after booking. You can pay for heat (82 degrees) or decline up to 1 week prior to your stay. We have a few child amenities not listed: blow up toddler bed, stroller, car seat ( front face - 22 lbs up), booster seats. Ask when you book. Guest access The entire house, yard, heated pool (GAS CHARGE ADDED IF YOU WANT HEATING) two car garage and driveway are totally private and reserved for you and your party. Enjoy your privacy behind a locked gate and 8 foot walls. Other things to note We live in a small HOA and try to be courteous to our neighbors. That means keeping the outside sound down, avoid parking overnight on the private street and driving at low speeds.
