Welcome home to Chamalières!

Visit Auvergne while staying in an 81 m2 apartment with a family spirit, cozy and modern that we renovated with our own hands! We wanted you to feel as good as possible with family or friends! Well-equipped, you can stay up to 6 people in the 3 bedrooms that compose it. Ideally located to visit the area, do a spa treatment in Royat or attend all the events in the area (Zenith, Europavox, Charade circuit) and so much more! The space This accommodation is located in a quiet and residential area of Chamalières, it is an elevated ground floor, i.e. you have to plan to climb the equivalent of 1 floor. In this apartment you will find a large living/dining room/kitchen of 40 m2 composed of a very well equipped kitchen: kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and bean coffee machine. There is an induction hob, a microwave and a multifunctional combined steam oven that will allow you to make good dishes like at home! The living room has a large table that can easily accommodate 6 guests, and the living room has a large sofa that you can complete with 2 small armchairs. There is a large 55" TV that will allow you to watch national channels. There are 3 bedrooms: the first has a 160 x 200 bed with a dressing room and soon a desk, in the second there is a 140 x 190 bed with storage and the third has a 140 x 190 bed with a small 90 x 190 bunk bed and a removable 90 x 190 bed (the 2 90 beds are for children or teenagers), a storage closet. Thanks to this configuration in this third bedroom you can very well stay with family, 2 couples with children or friends! The bathroom has a shower with a double sink, a towel dryer and a washing machine at your disposal free of charge. For bikers we have the option to park motorcycles in a closed room. The beds will be made upon arrival, we will provide towels as well as a kitchen base, a few coffee capsules (DOLCE GUSTO coffee machine), household products and a roll of toilet paper to allow you a serene arrival and a quick installation. Nearby: -5 min walk: Bargoin Park, renowned for its calm, the beauty of its trees, flowers and beautiful view. -5 min walk to the Chamalières Aquatic Center and Chatrousse Stadium. - 5 min walk to a Spar store. - 15 min walk to the shopping street in the center of Chamalières and its market on Saturday morning. - 5 min drive to Bresson sports complex and Colombier. -10 min by bus to Clermont-Ferrand city center (a bus stop on line 13 is in front of the residence) and you can take the tram which serves in particular the Marcel Michelin Stadium (rugby), the Gabriel Montpied Stadium (football), Polydôme (Exhibition, concert and Europavox) the Cézeaux (Athletics stadium) and the Maison de la Culture (Short Film Festival). -15 min drive to Puy de Dôme, with beautiful hikes to do around. - 10 min drive to the legendary Circuit de Charade. - 15 min drive to Zenith d'Auvergne (concert, livestock summit and exhibition). Guest access You will have full access to the apartment Other things to note We prefer to be there to welcome you, but the apartment is equipped in such a way that you can arrive in total autonomy and at late hours. The beds will be made upon arrival and you will find towels as well as a kitchen set, some coffee and chocolate pods for the DOLCE GUSTO coffee maker, household products and some toilet paper to allow you a serene arrival and a quick installation.
