Perfect for a couple or girls getaway, the space gives the feel of a cozy, quiet treehouse in a pristine, quiet neighborhood street. Amongst the palm trees and ocean air, the cottage is perfect for restoration, creating and to soak up the sun — all within 5 minutes walk to the ocean. The space Built in 2017, this special property was designed by internationally recognized architect, Julia Starr Sanford. Julia's work is also well-recognized throughout the 30A homes of Alys Beach, Seaside and Rosemary Beach in the Gulf Coast; as well as projects throughout Belize, the Bahamas, and Costa Rica. Guest access Guests will access the main door upstairs (one door) entrance to the cottage. Other things to note The cottage is quiet by design - no tv, microwave or other electronics are inside. Feel free to bring what feels necessary. It is perfect space for 2-3 guests.
