Great apartment, even better terrace
Description
My house is a spectacular and perfectly equipped and automated apartment in the center of Madrid, at the junction between the neighborhoods of Chueca and Malasaña. It's not a tourist home, it's my home. The best thing about the house is undoubtedly the terrace, with enviable views of the city, but the living room with beams and open kitchen, with a large TV screen that can be moved to different environments, including the Chill area, is not far behind. Two super affectionate cats live in the house. The space The house is not a tourist home, it is my home. That means it has things that are lovingly cared for, such as sharp knives, a good TV and 5.1 sound system, Japanese toilets, home automation lighting... but it also means that it is lived in, and has some of my things. It has a master bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, and walk-in-closet, a secondary bedroom with two beds and a bathroom outside the room, and a third bedroom with two low beds can be made in an attic space. The living room is spacious and very Instagrammable with the swing and chill-out area. The terrace is spacious, with a dining table and a large sofa, and an awning for sunnier days. Two super nice cats live in the house and their food and nutrition needs are covered, but if the stay is long, a visit must be arranged for their care. Guest access There is Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix, HBO, Amazon and Disney, and a Nintendo Switch to play. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven-microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Thermomix, coffee maker, blender, juicer, kettle... Other things to note Two super nice cats live in the house and their food needs are covered, but if the stay is long you have to arrange a visit to take care of them.
