Welcome to my Edwardian, cosy, self-contained terraced house. Liverpool City Centre is only around 20 minutes by bus (407 or 437) or regular metro and even less by car via the Mersey Tunnel. You will need to take the famous 'Ferry Across The Mersey' if you wish to walk. There is a beautiful park just a 2 minute walk from the house and less to the bus stop, shops and amenities. New Brighton beach is also just a 15 minute drive or 35 minutes by train or bus. The space Relax in the lounge and watch TV, prepare a meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and dine in the spacious dining room. Free WiFi. Upstairs has both a double and single bedroom plus bathroom with full bath and rainfall-style power-shower. Nov 25 - New, removable light-diffusing blinds added to both bedrooms for late lie-ins (Guest feedback suggestion). A 4th guest can be accommodated on a comfy floor mattress either in the single or double room - please let me know if you need this so it can be set up ready for your arrival. There is a rear yard and free on-street parking. I have a security camera directed at the outside of the front door. Guest access You will have access to the whole house and rear outdoor space. Other things to note May I ask that shoes be taken off when upstairs and please use the outside rear yard should you wish to smoke or vape
