Self-check-in allows you to come and go freely. (*Please be mindful of the entrance door noise at all times, as it closes with a loud sound if not handled carefully.*) ☑ **Free Wi-Fi is available.** The password is displayed near the entrance. ☑ **There are two bedrooms:** 1. **Western-style room:** 1 single bed + 1 semi-double bed + 1 foldable mattress 2. **Western-style room:** 1 single bed + 1 semi-double bed ☑ **The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking utensils and tableware for the number of guests.** Wine glasses and a wine opener are also provided. (*For hygiene reasons, seasonings are not provided. Please purchase them at the supermarket, which is just a 3-minute walk away.*) ☑ **A washing machine is available, and detergent is provided for free use.** There are **10 hangers** and a **foldable, extendable towel rack** to dry towels. ☑ **Towels provided:** Each guest receives **1 bath towel + 1 face towel**. As this is a self-managed guestroom, towel replacements are not provided during your stay. Guest access The right-side cabinet in the kitchen and a part of the bedroom adjacent to the living room are designated as storage areas. Please refrain from entering these areas. Also, please do not remove any items without the host's permission. We conduct inspections and inventory checks during each cleaning. In the event of theft of any items, we will report it to Airbnb and seek compensation for the damages. Additionally, please ensure that you park your vehicle in the designated area within the premises of the apartment. Other things to note 【Prohibited Items】 ☑ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room, in the building’s elevator hall, emergency stairs, and on the street in front of the building. Please do not throw cigarette butts anywhere. A fine of 20,000 yen will be charged if smoking or littering is discovered. (There are security cameras installed throughout the premises.) ⚠️ Recently, there have been cases where neighbors have reported such behavior to the police, resulting in fines. ☑ Bringing pets is not allowed. In case of discovery, compensation will be demanded for damages. In the case of a service dog, please provide an official certificate proving its status. Without this certificate, accommodation will not be possible. ☑ Please refrain from making loud noises from the TV, parties, or gatherings, running around, or causing disturbances. If two complaints are received from neighboring residents, you will be asked to vacate immediately. Refunds will not be provided for any reason. (If excessive noise occurs within the apartment complex despite these warnings, there is a possibility of reporting to the police.) ☑ Do not place garbage outside the room, such as at the entrance or on the balcony. Complaints will be filed by neighbors. Absolutely refrain from doing so. In such cases, a fine of 20,000 yen will be charged. 【Identification and Passport】 For non-Japanese guests, we require submission of identification documents and passports for all guests after booking confirmation. Please understand that failure to provide these documents will result in the inability to stay. 【Regarding Cancellation Fees】 Regardless of the reason for cancellation, we are unable to offer any refunds beyond what is stipulated in our cancellation policy. We strongly recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance offered by private travel agencies. It provides peace of mind at a much lower cost than the cancellation fee. Please consider it carefully. 【Accommodation Tax】 This is a local tax in Fukuoka Prefecture, where we charge 200 yen per person per night. After completing the reservation, we will request payment separately after filling out the guest register.
